What we do

Four things, done properly.

We do not do full renovations. We do openings — everything that lets light and air into the house, and everything that closes it.

How it works

Five steps. No surprises in the middle.

01

Measurement

We come to the house, measure every opening and photograph the existing condition. Free, and it commits you to nothing. We tell you on the spot if something will not work.

02

Three quotes, not one

Within 24 hours you receive one quote with three options — essential, considered, architectural — so you can see what the money actually buys. Written in your language.

03

Permits

Terrace glazing needs a declaración responsable from your town hall. We prepare and file it. If you live in a community of owners, we tell you what consent you need before you order.

04

Production

Four to six weeks. Everything is made to your measurements — nothing is stock. You get a fixed installation date, not a vague week.

05

Installation and documents

One to three days on site depending on the job. You receive the CE declaration of performance, the warranty, and the invoice with labour and materials shown separately.

Why us

The boring things other people leave out.

The price is on the website

No competitor in this area publishes one. You should be able to know roughly what something costs before inviting a stranger into your house.

We file the paperwork

Declaración responsable, community consent, energy certificate if you need one. You bought a house in a foreign legal system — that part is our job, not yours.

CE documents handed over

External windows and doors must carry CE marking under EN 14351-1. You get the declaration of performance in writing. Ask anyone else for it and watch what happens.

One person, start to finish

The person who measures is the person who quotes, who schedules, and who answers the phone if something is wrong in year two.

Where we work

Fifty kilometres from Dénia.

Travel time is real cost, so we are honest about it. Close to base we come for any job. Further out we come for larger ones, or when we can group two houses into one trip.

Questions

Asked before every job.

Do I need a permit to glaze my terrace?

In the Valencian Community, enclosing a terrace without adding buildable volume normally goes through a declaración responsable rather than a full licence. Each town hall applies it slightly differently, and some urbanisations have extra rules in the PGOU. We check yours and file it for you.

How long does the whole thing take?

Four to six weeks from signature to installation, because everything is manufactured to your measurements. Installation itself is one to three days. Anyone promising you next week is selling stock sizes.

What VAT will I pay?

Where materials exceed 40% of the invoice, Spanish law applies the standard 21% rate rather than the reduced 10%. For a supply-and-install job that is usually the case. We show labour and materials separately so you can see exactly how it was calculated.

Who is responsible if a measurement is wrong?

We are. The measurement is ours, so a remake is ours too. That is why we measure ourselves rather than asking you to send dimensions.

I live in an apartment block. Is that a problem?

The façade is a common element, so you need consent from the community of owners. Since a 2020 Supreme Court ruling this is a three-fifths majority rather than unanimity. We will tell you what to ask for before you commit to anything.

Can I get a government grant for this?

Usually not, and we would rather say so. The 40% income tax deduction requires the property to be your habitual residence or to be rented out — it does not apply to a second home. The Valencian regional programme closed applications in February 2026. If a new one opens we will tell you.

Are you insured and registered?

{{LEGAL_COMPANY}}, {{LEGAL_CIF}}, registered in {{LEGAL_REA}}. Civil liability insurance with {{LEGAL_INSURER}}. Copies available on request before you sign anything.

Clients

We have just started. This space is honest.

Rather than borrow testimonials from somewhere, we are leaving this section empty until real clients fill it. The first three people to work with us get told exactly that.

Send a photo of the opening.

That is genuinely all we need to start. A photo and your town, and you get a realistic range the same day — before anyone visits your house.
